What do you want to do ?
Unfortunately I just found this article now. But anyway my problem is not solved.
The problem first occurred today. My version in question was Photoshop CC 2019. So my reflection was to check for any updates. I soon moved to Photoshop CC 2020 Version 21.0.1 (current). But the problem persisted. I tried to reset the computer, reinstall PS as well as all the options listed above. To no avail.
The problem persists. I still cannot save to "Save" and "Save As".
I really need to get some work done, so I'm a little desperate. Anyone else have any idea how to solve the problem?
Thank you all

So, I found this other articles with different information. Finally I was able to save my files when I disabled the "Save in Background" option listed in the article. Hope it can be of help to others.

Have you tried to disable the Graphic Processor on performance settings? it might help

Hi Andreamaestri,

Disabling the Graphic Processor has allowed us to save to JPG, thanks. But this does limit some of the functionality in Photoshop and as we're on a new Mac there isn't much troubleshooting to do on the Graphics Card.

Cheers,

James

Hi

Try setting the drawing mode to basic in advanced setting and restarting Photoshop
