Photoshop 2020 vs 21.1.3 under Windows 10 freezes by using Shift F5 in 10% of the cases

PS 2020 "is" 21.1.3. When PS 2020 came out it was version 21, IIRC. Then there has been several updates to 2020 to make it 21.1.3.

What are expecting to happen with the key combo Shift + F5? On my system it opens the Fill dialog window.

And I do not get any crashes, but that is true for me with 99.9999999% of all software I run whether from Adobe or any other software vendor.
