Photoshop 2020: Could not complete your request because of a program error.

I try doing a simple editing of text and I get that message when trying to save or save as. I keep getting the same message over and over. Not happy.

I get the same problem when I use PhotoShop 2019. Deleted preferences file in both 2019 and 2020.

I have cloned my Windows 10 system version 1903 OS Build 18362.535 to a new drive (SSD). Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz -- 16 GM Ram -- 64 bit x64-based processor
