Photoshop 2021 continues to freeze at startup (Mac M1)

I just updated PS 2021 to the new version released today (22.3.1), it continues to freeze at the startup screen and won't go past that. My Mac is a M1 with 16GB RAM.

And just in case I already tried all the solutions proposed here and by Adobe support, none of them work. Any suggestions for a solution?.

And by the way, PS 2020 does work correctly under Rosetta2.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop 22.3.1 on your M1 Mac. Would you mind telling us which macOS version are you working on? It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the startup screen at the point it freezes.

If Photoshop is freezing while loading Halide Bottlenecks, please try the workaround suggested under known issues: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-for-apple-silicon.html

I am using the latest version of Big Sur (11.2.3). And yes, PS freezes on the startup screen loading Halide Bottlenecks.

And I already tried creating a new user, unfortunately the results are the same. PS stays frozen on the same startup screen.
