Hello guys, i need some help.

My photoshop CC 2021 always not responding when i open it. Can you guys solve my problem please?

im using Macbook Pro

Would you mind deselecting the option "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance menu, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?
