Photoshop 2021: Text disappears when converting to 3D extrusion

New Here ,
Aug 15, 2021 Aug 15, 2021

I used to convert text to 3D with no problem but after reformatting my laptop, it suddenly wont work. When I click "New 3D Extrusion from Selected Layer" and try to adjust the text, it suddenly disappears and won't come back.

I've tried:
- Increasing RAM usage
- All advanced settings checked
- Cache level 4
- Installing the latest NVIDIA GeForce driver compatible with my laptop (GeForce Game Ready v.471.68)
- High Performance NVIDIA processor in the settings

Please help :((

Hi

Assuming you're using the most recent version, try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see it it helps
