Photoshop 2022 Messed Up Interface, PLEASE HELP!

What is going on OMG, can somebody please help me to fix this?!?! Photos below!

Before you ask me... yes I have tried resetting preferences and my version is 23, however this has been a probelm on all 2022 versions.

Any help much appreciated!

Try using the Adobe Cleaner Tool to completely uninstall Photoshop, then reinstall the CC app from the below link

Also make sure that you have the latest GPU driver installed from the manufacturers website, it may help if you posted your Photoshop system info, from the Help menu go to System Info, hit the copy button and paste the contents into this thread
