Photoshop 2022 Presets

I recently downoladed the latest version of Photoshop (2022) and notice the large number of Presets (37 folders) in the Presents folder.

Simply: what are they for?

Or, how to use them?

The are not the same as ACR/Lightroom it seems...

Thank you, Sahil, but the link you provide doesn't answer my question.

in ACR and Lightroom the Presets are used to modify an image giving it a variety of 'looks'.

my question is how they relate to Photoshop?
