Hi @Dr.MohamedShehata please review this post -

Also what version of the Nvidia Driver are you using? Are you also running Studio or Gaming mode?

in addirtion to what @Kevin Stohlmeyer said - I would also check for OS updates for your machine.

You also try to disable native canvas to see if that helps.

  1. Go to Preferences/Technology Preview and check "Disable Native Canvas" - Restart Photoshop.

Is this a dual graphics laptop, with an integrated Intel GPU in addition to the RTX? If it is, it's probably fair to assume that sleep mode is the smoking gun here. It most likely switches GPUs at this point, which will break normal Photoshop operation.

Photoshop uses the GPU for actual data processing, and the result returned to Photoshop for further processing. There can only be one GPU in that equation. Dual GPUs looks like a good idea on paper, but this isn't a simple downstream flow like it is in simpler applications.

I've used an RTX 3060 (desktop discrete card) for about six months by now, and I'm impressed at both reliability and performance. It has been rock solid.
