Hi Ranjisha,

Hmm no error messages it just closes. And in some cases, windows freezes as well. What is common is that photoshop will freeze when I save and then sometimes it crashes and sometimes it doesnt. I will attach a file that will show you how it looks like when I save. It always shows the list of files over the one file I am working on. 

I will try the troubleshooting tips you sent. Thank you for your time.
