Photoshop 2023 keeps hanging or crashing when I save - windows 10

    Are you getting any error messages? If yes, send us the screenshot of the same. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

    Hi Ranjisha,

    Hmm no error messages it just closes. And in some cases, windows freezes as well. What is common is that photoshop will freeze when I save and then sometimes it crashes and sometimes it doesnt. I will attach a file that will show you how it looks like when I save. It always shows the list of files over the one file I am working on. 

    I will try the troubleshooting tips you sent. Thank you for your time.
