Photoshop 2024 25.1 removes all 3D Luts, then won't show them again

So I just updated Photoshop to the latest version (2024, 25.1), and all my 3D LUT files I had are gone. I've put them back into the folder (C:/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop 2022 (there is no other folder, 2023 or 2024)/Presets/3DLUTs) but they will not show up in the Color Balance drop-down list. I've restarted Photoshop and the computer, but nothing works. I can apply the LUTs one by one to an image, but even then it doesn't appear in the drop-down list, and that's less than ideal. I need them back in my drop-down list. Is there a fix for this? I'm running Windows 10.

    Change screen mode to rgb, i had the same problem as i was workingin cmyk

    With Photoshop running, in the Task Manger, under Processes, right click Adobe Photoshop 2024 and click Open file location.

      The shortcut I use is from my taskbar, and when I right-click it, there is no option to Open File Location. Same thing when right-clicking it in Adobe CC. As for my permissions, I'm the admin on the account and the computer, so I should have access to absolutely everything.

        Same thing happened with me.. I've put all the CLUT's in the new 2024 folder, and loaded them, but they won't stay loaded.  There is an update that I'm now downloading, so I'm hoping that will fix the issue. 2024 also removed all my actions.  I am so over updates that wreck your workflow.

          If your able to run photoshop 2023 or 2024, right click on the shortcut your using and click Open file location.

           

          It's also possible your account permissions have gotten messed up or the account your using doesn't allow access to those Program's files.

            The problem is still persisting. None of my 3DLUT files are in the drop-down list in Photoshop, and I don't have an Adobe Photoshop 2024 folder. I do now have one for 2023, but the files are in that folder and still not appearing in the program.

              I don't have a Photoshop 2024 folder; one wasn't created when the program updated. I tried to manually make one, but it's hidden so I can't see it to do anything with it.

              In photoshop 2024  (ps ver 25.1) are there any lut presets shown at all under any of the three dropdowns of the Color Lookup dialog?

               

              Each version of photoshop needs it's own 3DLUTS folder in Presets to hold thev luts that install with photoshop.

               

              Here are the Preset folders that are in default photoshop 2024 (ps ver 25.1) install on Windows 10 along with the default 3DLUTS
