Is the keyboard shortcut for "Copy Merged" [Shift+Control+C] not working for anyone else on Windows 10 build 1909?
If I select the "Copy Merged" function via the "Edit menu" the function works, however the keyboard shortcut does not work.
Solution!
After being driven crazy by certain shortcuts not working in Photoshop and Illustrator, I found the cause.
AMD's Radeon Software
Go to Settings/Hotkeys and change the defaults or set them to none.
Go to Settings/General and disable In-Game Overlay.
Once I made these changes the Shortcut keys used by Photoshop and Illustrator functioned normally.
