Photoshop 24.0.1 crashes when printing old saved PSD files

When I try to print old saved PSD files my Photoshop freezes and crashes every time.
I can still print new PSD I have made and also jpeg that I open via Camera Raw.

I run Photoshop 24.0.1 on HP ZBook 15v G5, Windows 10 Pro, everything updated.

What I tried:

- deleted preferences (auto and manual way)

- uninstalled and reinstalled
- PS version 23.5.3
- disabling the GPU acceleration
- deleted the CT Font Cache

Printers works great in every other application.
Any tips or ideas, please help me...

The other thread is a repost, not this one...
I was informed that it is the best way to get in touch with Adobe staff and there is no possibility to erase this thread...
Sorry about that anyway.

Open the problematic PSDs, try saving as a TIFF (you can try Save a Copy😞 can you print it?

If that doesn't work, you could try making a new document that is the same size as the PSD, on the PSD*, select all then copy, paste into the new document: can you print it?

* Flatten but do not save after pasting into the other document.

Thanks due to Digitaldog for this info:

Quit Photoshop if running.
Relaunch Photoshop and open the file that you want to print.

Press the Spacebar on your keyboard before you click File > Print
This process resets printer preferences that have been written into the image.

I hope this helps
