Hello

I just installed Photoshop 2023 (24.0) and I can't find any Content credentials option. Not under the window tab or in the preferences (where the activation was in last version). I go were the help tells me to go and there is nothing.

Thanks

Hi there,

CAI is supported in Photoshop French, so that shouldn't be the issue.
Did you have Content Credentials in the last version you used?
Is your account associated with an Enterprise, Government Agency or Educational Institution?
If so, we don't support these accounts currently  - but plan to very soon.

I can offer some general guidance on finding the Content-Aware Fill feature in Photoshop.

Firstly, you may want to check if the version you have installed is the latest version, as Adobe often releases updates with new features and bug fixes. You can check for updates by opening Photoshop and going to Help > Updates.

Assuming that you have the latest version installed, you should be able to access the Content-Aware Fill feature by following these steps:

  1. Open an image in Photoshop
  2. Use the selection tool to select the part of the image that you want to remove or fill
  3. Go to Edit > Content-Aware Fill (or use the keyboard shortcut Shift+F5)
  4. In the Content-Aware Fill dialog box, you should see a section called "Credentials" where you can enter your Adobe ID and password to access additional content for the feature.

If you still cannot find the "Credentials" section, it is possible that Adobe has changed the feature in the latest version of Photoshop or that there is a bug. In that case, you may want to contact Adobe support for further assistance.

@Crux Biolabs this thread has nothing to do with the Content-Aware Fill feature in Photoshop, it's related to Content Credentials, which is completely different.

Indeed my account is associated with an Enterprise. I will wait for the updates then. Many thanks.

Hi @Philippe26556903c8w0, History & Content Credentials is now a separate tab in Preferences for Photoshop 2023. Do you see it in your version? Let us know!

I got a French version so I wonder if it is the reason I don't have it.

I only have a history tab with history log but nothing about Content credential. See image.

Thanks

@Philippe26556903c8w0 Okay, thank you for clarifying that. We have some other Community folks with French versions, so hopefully they will have more info for you!
