Photoshop 24.2 won’t update os Ventura M2 chip

I have a Mac book pro 2023, m2 chip Ventura, the update for photoshop 24.2 won't instal, ?

I had to uninstall everything adobe then re instal & downgrade to the earlier version, what is the problem with this ? I even done a system restore of my Mac with still no joy, but un happy really to say the least, is there a work around ? Anyone else having this problem ? Thanks

It's all done now, was something too do with keychain credentials needing turning off. Thanks

Can you please elaborate about the keychain credientials? Did that fix the failed installation through Creative Cloud? Thx
