Photoshop 24

Hi, I have a problem with the latest version of Photoshop. In fact, with every version since 2020. ... I can only work on the 2019 version. Every other one throws me an error on the screen after a few minutes or seconds. I am posting the last LOG from the program. Someone can help me ? I can't work under Windows on this version of Photoshop. The official Adobe forum has its subscribers somewhere. . . I am barred from using Neural Filters and others among others. Thanx for help.

I see that your question has gone unanswered, and I apologize. 

• Does your system meet or exceed the recommended requirement for Photoshop 2023 (24.2)?
  https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html
• Do you fill out the crash reports and include your Adobe ID email address? These are read by Adobe Staff who have "Adobe Employee" on their avatars.
• You can have more that one version installed. Don't uninstall 2019 which is working for you and be sure to UNcheck "remove previous versions" when you install 2023.
• Go to Help > System Info and Copy, then paste the entire contents into a Reply window in this thread. It may take a few minutes to show up because of its length.

Même chose pour moi. C’est très frustrant. Je fais de la musique avec Logic Pro, du montage vidéo sur un logiciel qui n’est pas d’Adobe. J’ai très rarement des bugs mais pour Photoshop c’est la norme. C’est décevant parce que j’aime Photoshop et j’en ai besoin.

Je suis incapable d'utiliser la fonction Fusion automatique des calques. J'ai message me disant que Photoshop ne répond plus. Je dois forcer Photoshop à quitter. J'ai déjà écrit sur le sujet. Merci.

Bonjour,

Mon problème de Fusion des calques est finalement réglé. En lisant ce que les conseillers nous disent de faire pour régler certains problèmes, ce qui revient souvent c'est la réinitialiser des préférences. Et bien, ça fonctionne.  Merci pour votre patience.

Ello, 

I must add that the latest version of Photoshop 24 but also 23 etc. were tested on 3 different computers, including one completely new computer with a new SSD, a very strong specification of components. All computers are PCs. On my Mac Mini M1 at home, absolutely no such problems for 2 years. . . It also doesn't matter if I upload profiles after installing Photoshop or not. It doesn't work as it should and that's it. I use Windows 10 in studio (bacause i must).
