Photoshop 25 GPU Error Radeon RX6600

Hi there

I get a recurring error since I have updated photoshop to Photoshop 25.  I have attached two screen grabs - the first showing that photoshop shows compatibility with my Radeon RX6600 8GB graphics card and then the second showing the error.

I can basically process a single image in PS before the error occurs on the second image and with the latest camera raw this means camera raw does not allow you to change parameters on the image.  I now have to close photoshop after each edit and then open again to process the next image.

I have updated the drivers on my GPU and the latest version was 10/10/2023 (yesterday).

Running a windows 11 computer.

I have experienced similar errors with previous updates but they did not hinder camera raw or photoshop performance until now.

Hey, @Pranesh_ZA. Thanks for sharing the details. It helps.

Sometimes the latest GPU drivers are not stable. Try the below-mentioned steps & check how it goes. 

If it does not help, roll back to the recommended and recent version of the GPU drivers from AMD. You may want to

The GPU info & Logs location on Windows is %APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw. A shortcut to get to this folder on Windows is:

• Press the Windows + R
• Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw
  
  
• Rename the GPU & Logs folder in this directory by adding .old at the end. (GPU.old & Logs.old)
• Launch Photoshop & Camera Raw again.
