Photoshop and Premiere Pro not working - Freezing up, 5-10 mins after launch

Hello everyone, this is my first post to the community. 

I have a problem with Photoshop and Premiere crashing.

Problem description:

Whenever I load up photoshop and start working it seems to be fine, I get into the flow, and out of nowhere (Anywhere between 5-10 minutes), my Photoshop and/or Premiere Pro stops working. There is no prompt nor does Task Manager show it as "Not responding". It simply freezes, my cursor is stuck being whatever tool I was using in the given moment and nothing seems to work. The same thing happens with Premiere pro, full freeze no responses, also 5-10 minutes after I start working. I've tried updating/reinstalling windows, I've tried older versions of Photoshop and Premiere, I've tried updating drivers, I've tried freeing up space on my laptop, clearing cache, etc... And nothing seems to work, I even tried making a new account and downloading it on another PC and I get the same result. The only factor that links the two PCs (That I know of) is that they are both ASUS. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.

Hello, thank you for your fast reply. 

First, let me specify that it is an ASUS Laptop. 

Specs:

8GB of RAM 

250GB SSD ( I also use a 4tb store and stay Drive) 

GTX 1050 

Intel i5 - 7th generation 

 

The exact model of my laptop: ASUS FX503V

Hi,

thank you for responding with the requested information. Have you tried uninstalling the software via the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool?
