Photoshop Batch command not working

Community Beginner ,
Sep 11, 2020 Sep 11, 2020

I need some help please. I've used 'Actions' for many years as of recent the 'Batch' command is not converting my files. I set up a simple 'RBG' mode, save and close.

The original files are 'CMYK'

When I put this into 'Batch' mode the files open and stay in the same format 'CMYK' they don't convert over as 'RGB' I've attached screenshots. Your help would be much appreciated as I have hundreds of files which need to be converted!

mac OS Mojave
10.14.6

Mac Pro (Late 2013)

Photoshop CC 2017

Thanks in advance.

The very first thing noticed here is that you have Open step without Override Open Command checked so action will open only one file, you can not perform batch.

Second thing, you are not converting to RGB but rather to Lab Color Mode which is limited when comes to saving options. Change step Convert Mode to RGB then try again with above paragraph in mind.

Thank you. I'll give that a try and report back shortly.

That's worked. I can't believe one simple 'check' box solved it

You're a gent. Many thanks!
