Photoshop Blank

I just bought Photoshop 2021 for my Mac and it worked originally, but now is stuck on this screen every time I open it. I can get on photoshop by opening old project files, but I cannot go file > new or file > save as there which is a huge problem for me.

You can try to open file using keyboard shortcut Ctrl/Cmd + O, Create new file using Cmd + N and to save using Cmd + S.
