Photoshop Brush Glitch

Some of my brushes have been behaving odly. The ones that have bristles keep "jittering", instead of making smooth strokes. I have reset the brush settings and made sure that the spacing is as low as possible, that there is no jitter, and that the shape dynamics and everything is off. It's been happening for a bit, and I don't know how it started.

I also use a bamboo tablet, in case that makes a difference, but I don't know why since other solid brushes work fine.

I might try to uninstal and reinstal the program. In case that doesn't fix it, has anyone else faced this problem?
