Photoshop can't open files due to a program error.

Photoshop 无法打开任何文件并显示一条错误消息，指出“由于程序错误，无法完成您的请求”。

在“首选项-性能”中取消图形处理后，我可以打开文件。但是，当我完成尝试关闭文件时，它会给出相同的错误消息：“由于程序错误，无法您的请求。”即使直接关闭程序也无法解决问题。我使用的是 2019 MacBook Pro Intel 版本，macOS 13.4.1，Photoshop版本是24.6。

Try turning off iCloud sync temporarily. Wondering if its a similar issue as Dropbox - the sync is causing issues opening or saving files.
