Photoshop can't open PDF documents.

Hi everyone, I am getting an error whenever I try to open any PDF in Photoshop CC 2015: Could not complete your request because of a program error.

I've searched on this forum but have found no solution. What's worse, I'm not even sure I can find the error log. The paths I've found online lead me nowhere.  Is this the error log? TechSmith | Screencast.com, online video sharing, Unknown Error

Please try and reset Photoshop preferences back to default.
