Hi,

I'm trying the new Photoshop of 2015 and it seems that the export options are doing nothing...

I clicked the quick export, export as and generate image assets - nothing happens.

The only export option that do work is the good old save for web...

Is it me???

Update:

All of my exporting problems have been solved!

I never would have guest that replacing my GPU card will have an effect on exporting files.

My old GPU was nVidia GeForce GT520 2048M DDR3 64B and always kept my driver updated.

Exporting didn't work whether I had "Use Graphics Processor" options turned on or not.

I found no Adobe documentation saying that there is a problem with this card in Photoshop.

But after replacing the card with a new nVidia Quadro, uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop,

There are a number of useful suggestions in this thread for anyone having problems with Export As. A lot seem to concern proxies and settings in the hosts file

I've no proxies and the hosts file has no Adobe entries.

Installing the Export patch helped. I can make 2 and occasionally 3 exports before it fails. But, it fails.

The process is REALLY SLOW. With each export it seems to get slower until it fails to ever bring up the image. I restart PS and sometimes it starts over. Other times I have to restart the computer.

The new Export panel is a great idea. Now if it just worked reliably and quickly

mmm when something works then after being used 3 times stops working is definitely one for the Adobe programmers and well above my technical knowledge. Chris Cox a senior person on the Photoshop team  monitors these threads and maybe he can give some insight into what is happening here. I think by mentioning his name  he will be informed.  It sounds like some kind of resources issue, but to be honest I'm not qualified to say.

you would be better off starting a new thread on this as you are likely to get a higher response. You need to describe in detail what is not working and what you have so far tried

Yay! A person from Adobe has entered the fray.

So now that you are here can you maybe do your job and fix this issue.

We've paid good money for your software, we'd like to be able to use it as opposed to it just filling up space on our hard drive.

Well, that's not a real solution is it?

Adobe, any real solution that doesn't include buying a different system / GPU card?

I still have this issue.

Tried all sorts of things, no luck. And yes, i'm on a MBP from 2011, so with an older GPU card. It should not be an issue.

Over a year further now and still no viable solution for me. It's becoming pretty useless by now.
