Photoshop CC 2021 Color Picker Changed

When I create a new file in Photoshop, my color picker does not look how it has always looked (attached screenshot: Intensity Color Picker). It only looks like this when I try to create a new file. If I open any existing image/file and go to the color picker, it looks normal. 

macOS Big Sur version 11.3.1

MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)

This is the color picker for HDR/32-bit documents with floating point color. Switch to 16-bit or 8-bit for the standard color picker. (Image > Mode > )
