Photoshop CC19 unusable on mac os10

As the title suggests...

Issues:

Flashing black screen

App window flicks to a random position, as though I've tried to drag a new tab to the side. I haven't.

Keyboard short cuts don't work half the time, undo, switching to color picker etc.

Keyboard short cuts get stuck when they do work.

trying select layers acts as though I've got the shift key held down and keeps selecting multiples. The same thing happens when trying to select a brush.

Some times the move tool just draws a marquee instead of moving. Same happens with the zoom tool.

Random tools will switch without using any shortcuts. Example, the brush tool often just becomes the pen tool for no reason. I'll be paintimg with the brush tool, and all of a sudden it becomes the path selection tool!?

Very often, selecting a different brush results in no change as though there is a random undo happening on the brush settings. Speaking of which, what's happened to the brushes in cc19? Why have they dissapeared? Are they now DLC that adobe's is going charge $ for?

I'm using a macbook pro late 2013 and a Wacom bamboo

All operating system software is up to date.

All photoshop software is up to date.

All tablet drivers are up to date.

I've got the WhiteWindow plug-in installed

I've disabled the 'use graphics processor'

None of these have remotely helped and at the moment the software is completely unusable.

Hi

Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences

Reset Pref.jpg

If that doesn't help try reinstalling PS using the Adobe cleaner tool

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

You can restore the legacy brushes, more info

All operating system software is up to date.

Which specific versions?

The current version of Photoshop is 19.1.3 r293

That requires MacOS10.13.  or 10.12 or OSX10.11

Have you tried running without the plug in?
