Photoshop Color Colour shift issues, glitching

Thanks for this, so I disabled the GPU acceleration and it seems to have fixed issue. But I am a bit unclear what to do next. 

In the instructions it says the below, but I'm confudsed as it doesn't persist with it being switched off. Am I meant to update drivers at this point or just keep "Use Graphics Processor" unchecked?
