Photoshop continues to crash when I try and access LayerFX

Thanks @TavC1 , we were able to pull the sys info out of spam... We do see some third party plugins, so to make sure they are not the cause....

Try holding down the Shift key when launching Photoshop. Click "Yes" when it asks if you want to skip loading 3rd party plug-ins. Does the freeze still occur?

Hey looks like my crash reports are turned on. Photoshop is not prompting the crash report window on crash or reboot. I also just sent my Photoshop system info and it looks like it got tagged as spam. 

Hey Cory thanks for the quick reply Photoshop System info below. Also when Photoshop crashed it wasn't giving me the normal crash report window to submitt the crash. I might have shut it off. Will check to see and will turn back on and see if i can get it to shopw up.
