Photoshop crashes my PC, with blue screen, why?

Hello! My computer crashes constantly when I work with Photoshop, almost every 5-10 minutes! I subscribe to Photoshop CC 2017 and I have PC with Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit. My PC was just fixed and new hard disc was installed so all should up to date. Thanks for any tips!
