Photoshop crashes on launch unless I'm logged in as Guest

I'm trying to figure out what's gone wrong with my Photoshop. It' suddenly crashing every time I open it (usually within about 10 seconds). Yes, I have an old version (CS5.5), but it's worked just fine until now, and I haven't recently updated my OS or anything. I also checked it and was able to use it normally when logged in as Guest on my computer. Any insight and suggested troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated! Run the software and Press Shift + Alt + Ctrl while launching it, Hope this helps. It will reset your Preferences
