Photoshop crashes when I check Image Size

I'm using PSCC version 23.1.0.  Recently, in the last 2-3 weeks, every time I check image size the whole thing freezes up and then closes.  Please help, I need to be able to check image size!

My go to first option for this type of issue is to use the Reset Preferences on Quit located under the General Preference.

I'll try this fix issue as this has become a problem for me today for the first time. It seems like every few days I'm getting an update notice for photoshop vis creative cloud....

Hi josephlavine and thank you.  Can you please give me a little more info as to what that will do before I change my settings?  I'm not sure how that will affect my issue, since I'm not trying to quit photoshop, just see the image size without a crash.  Appreciate any help you can give!!
