Photoshop suddenly stopped running. After the loading screen it turns off immediately. I updated the Nvidia drivers version 555.99, uninstalled Photoshop, installed an old version of Photoshop, installed Photoshop Beta, whatever I did. no errors are displayed. Photoshop just won't start after the loading screen. other adobe programs (after effects, Illustrator, Premiere) work fine. help please

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

@Annawa try manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset

Hi!

Which version that you installed is having the issue? Have you checked to see if that version is compatible with your OS? Here is a Help doc you can check to see: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html

Are there any other updates that you have done in between when it was working and when it stopped working?
