Photoshop cs6 (2012) functionality not working

I use the image processing every few months when I come back from trips to stitch landscapes together and today I got a new error. So I completely uninstall my permanant license CS6 and reinstalled it and the same error was kicked out, but google has 0 results for either message. Which makes me think it must be a new *shadow* patch for it or maybe a dependency has broken.

If anyone has any assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.

I've tried remapping my JAVA_HOME to Java 8 thinking it might have been that, but it didn't resolve it.
