Photoshop Desktop (20.0.7) & Photoshop Mobile (21.0.1) in the Creative Cloud app

I'm currently using Photoshop 20.0.7 on Windows 10.

The Creative Cloud app is inviting to install version 21.0.1.

Before updating I want to understand an apparent change of name in the new version. The Creative Cloud app describes my current version as Photoshop DESKTOP, and the new version as Photoshop MOBILE.

What are the implications of the new name?
