Photoshop display colors appear color bias how to solve

The above picture 1 is the color of the real picture, and the 2 is the result of my own test of the color deviation in the imported PS:
It has nothing to do with the version of PS. Other versions also have this color difference problem on my computer. The same picture has no color difference in PS 25.12 of the same version on other computers, and the color management is also consistent with that on other computers.

Real picture in what viewer? Is that viewer colour managed (Photoshop is, not all viewers are)? Has the document got an embedded colour profile?

The picture document does not embed other color profiles. The same picture 1 is displayed as color 1 in the PS of other computers, and is displayed as color 2 on my computer. The 1 displayed on other computers is accurate.

Without a colour profile embedded you cannot expect consistent colour. When Photoshop opens a document without an embedded profile, it will assign a default profile which may be different on each computer and may be incorrect for that document. Always embed a profile.

In addition, it is essential that your monitor profile is set up in your operating system to correctly describe your monitor, in its current state of adjustment. Only when the document profile is correct (for the color space used when creating that document) and the montor profile is correct (for the current monitor being used for display) will colour display accurately in Photoshop. That is the basis of colour management.

Comparisons with other systems only hold when the same conditions apply i.e. an embedded document profile is used and a correct monitor profile is installed on each system - that monitor profile being individual to the display being used on each system.

At the beginning, I thought it was the problem of different color space, PS version, color management presets, and control of other viewers, but I finally ruled them out one by one. I upgraded PS and backed up the presets of other computers' color configurations to the local computer, but these problems could not be solved. Moreover, I found that the display of Capture one and PS was consistent.
On my computer, it always shows the color 2.
However, the exported pictures I sent to others, including the same version of PS import that I did experiments on, were all with accurate color after opening. Only my computer had color difference, so I didn't know what the problem was.

It sounds like your display profile is not accurately describing your actual display. Did you make it with a hardware device (such as i1Display or similar)?

Thank you, I have solved the problem now, the reason is the ICC configuration file of the monitor, I used to use i1Display to calibrate the color, I changed the current icc configuration file of the monitor back to the previous configuration file of i1Display to calibrate the color and set the default, which has solved the color difference problem.

As Dave points out, the monitor profile needs to describe the actual and current behavior of the monitor.

The monitor profile is a map, and like any map, it has to correspond to the actual terrain.

Whenever anything changes in the monitor's behavior, the monitor profile is invalidated and you need to make a new one.
