Photoshop does not display

Explorer ,
Nov 12, 2018 Nov 12, 2018

This is strange. I am able to open PS CC 2019 (Windows 10) 32GB Ram and it runs beautifully. I am able to export to PS and export from PS to plugins.

In the task bar the underscore remains when I'm working outside of PS, meaning the program is running.

The problem is that when I place my cursor over the PS icon in the task bar it shows the current (or last) image I'm working on but it will not activate to full screen!

All options are frozen, requiring a Cnt+Alt+Del to end the task.

Not once but at least 10 times this has occurred. I export nearly all of my images from LR into PS and back again. I also run most plugins from LR, but some from PS.

I'm not doing any particular tasks nor or any other programs affected.

Suggestions? My system meets the minimum requirements, by far.

thank you,

a

Hi!

Are you still having this same issue? I have a couple of questions for you -- what do you mean by "In the task bar the underscore remains when I'm working outside of PS" -- what program are you working in when you're having this issue?

And when you say "activate to full screen" do you mean open in Photoshop?

I just want to verify that Photoshop is already open in the background when you are having these issue, correct? If you could give us a little more information or a screen shot of your workspace, if would help us a lot.

Thanks,

Michelle
