Photoshop doesn't launch on macOs Monterey

I installed Monterey on my MacPro (2019 tower) yesterday and since then Photoshop refuses to start.

I deleted the preferences file manually and that didn't work.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the application and that didn't work

I tried the 'three keys' at launch trick and that does work - having deleted preferences that way, but I have to do this everytime. 

Is there a fix?

Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble with Photoshop. I'd love to help you figure this out.

Could you please share the version of Photoshop you are working on & the exact version of the macOS you have?

Do you see an error, or does Photoshop keeps bouncing in the dock? Have you tried installing any other Adobe Apps? Do they work?

 

Did you install the macOS update through a backup, or is it a clean install?

 

Please try these steps.

II havve had a long conversation about this problem with a Coryshubert on the support since the update beginning of july. All your suggestions do not work. I suggest you fix this latest edition of Photoshop since its obvious it does not work.

Obviously the Adobe PS ver: 23.4.1 does not work with MAC OS 12.4.
Today I installed Adobe PS ver: 23.3.2 and it worked.
Too much problem for something that Adobe should have fixed before release of the 23.4.1 version.
 
Very disappointed with Adobe at this moment…….
