Hi,

last week suddently photoshop (Windows) stopped importing mp4 videos. It tries to load the file, visualizes the charging bar and then, after a few minutes, the following message: "Can't open the file because DynamicLink Media Server is not available".

I haven't done any windows or program updates in the last month.

I see that somone else experienced this problem in the past, but I've not been able to solve the matter.

Can someone fix this problem?

Thanks

Hi,

I have started having exactly the same problem in Photoshop on Windows. Sometimes it will open the file (takes a loooong time) but sometimes it won't. Brings an error message up which says 'Could not complete your request because the DynamicLink Media Servier is not available.

Does the same thing when I try to add sound files.

It was working absolutely fine a month ago as I created several vids this way from Photoshop.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled P-Shop to no avail.

Is there a fix?

Thanks
