Photoshop Edit Log not working after update to PS 24.6 mac OS Ventura

Photoshop Edit Log not working anymore after update to PS 24.6 on mac Studio M1Max, running latest OS Ventura 13.3.1a

Document is there but it remains blank, doesnt record any action. It always been fine for long time so not sure what happen, tried to recreate the folder etc. any  suggestion or anyone with same problem?

Double-check your Mac security permissions haven't changed.

    Thanks, but they seem to be fine, if I delete the Log file and then relauch PS and click on the History Log option it creates the document again, just doesnt write in it..
