Photoshop.exe 2025 Entry Point Not found

How do i fix this error?

i already tired reintalling PS several times, updated the runtimes with All in One Runtimes Downloader, and scanned the system for issues and nothing works.

the error is the following.

OWLChangeNewDocumentMenuDisabled could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2025\Photoshop.exe.

Other 2023 2024 no problem

adobe illustrator 2024 2025 no problem

There are no Authenticated users in the C slot, and I cannot add special access permissions to the newly added Authenticated users. Is this related to the fact that?

Hey, @Flawless_Odyssey6941. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. 

Have you recently also updated Windows or any other drivers? Try these primary steps:

Go to the location of the preference folder below and rename it to backup.

• Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
• You can press Press the Windows key > Enter 'Run' > Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe
• Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop Beta > Rename > Adobe Photoshop Beta. old), You can restore these preferences later if needed.(https://adobe.ly/4860qM9)
• Restart the computer.

These changes will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a fresh install. Let me know how it goes.

@Sameer K  Sorry, because my laptop Win 11 recently ran out of storage space and could not update, which caused this problem with Photoshop. I can only forget it. Thank you.

After updating my Windows 11 24H2 laptop, Photoshop only has 2025, and even the Entry Point Not Found issue has been resolved.
