Photoshop file open keeps in loading and doesn't show up

I have updated to the latest version of Adobe Photoshop CC and yet Adobe destroys one of the most important features! 

When I open Photoshop and click on Open to open a file I get this window popped up and it keeps on loading forever

Here is a picture:-

This window shows after clicking on Open whether on startup screen or when inside of Photoshop workspace, and it keeps on looping and loading forever

How can I solve this?

I doubt Adobe has destroyed anything in the latest version!

Which operating system and version?

Have you tried resetting your Photoshop preferences?

I reinstalled Photoshop and it is working until then

Experiencing same problem. Reinstalled the version and it still happening. macOS Big Sur.
If anyone managed to resolve this, a solution would be kindly welcome

There is not a version release for Big Sur yet so there are some issues.
