Photoshop filters

Are there any filters out there anywhere for Photoshop now?  They used to be a lot of fun but they stopped having them or they were not affordable.  Last time I had them was CS3.  Now I use Photoshop 2020.  Thanks

Photoshop has many built-in filters that come with the application. If you do a search on the web you will find many more filters, for example, https://www.format.com/magazine/resources/photography/free-photoshop-filters

In the past there were some experimental plugins/filters downloadable from Adobe site but they are gone as far as I know. At the moment there are tons of third party filters that can be downloaded/purchased from the internet as already mentioned by @barbara_a

In the latest version of Photoshop, there are more filters than ever. The new Neural Filters are a completely new category. They use machine leaning to do things filters could not do before, like change facial expressions or transfer colors and styles to a different photo. Some people think the Neural Filters are a a lot of fun, you can see demos on YouTube. There are also new machine learning filters from other companies like Topaz, to do advanced scaling, noise reduction, etc.

If you want to find more filters made by others, in the latest version of Photoshop choose Plugins > Browse Plugins. The Creative Cloud desktop app will open to the Plugins section of the Adobe Marketplace, and you will get a very long list of plugins and filters by many different developers. Some of the plugins are free, others are paid.

Thanks to all who responded.  I have a lot to research.  I am limited as I have never upgraded to Windows 10 so I can't update Photoshop until I do.
