I have exact same problem. And I checked that thread already:
- Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Multithreaded Compositing - and restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist? Yes
- Go to Preferences > Performance... click Advanced Settings... and uncheck "GPU Compositing" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur? Yes
- Deactivate Native Canvas
I also have no Gsync monitor - so nothing to deactivate here.
Windows 11 64-Bit
Intel CPU (Alder Lake)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
Photoshop is absolutely unusable at the moment and I really need a fix here.
Thank you!

where exactly is the config file? when i install PS it only lets me instal in the "regular/normal location" something like that so i dont exactly know where its on my drive... i also think i found a fix for this issue too, atleast so far. i changed some settings on my monitor not my pc and the flickering seems to have stopped.... i just want to know about the config fix incase mine is only temporary.
