Photoshop font is too small to read on my new laptop

I recently purchased an HP x360 Spectre.  I can't use Photoshop because the font is so tiny.  There must be a fix.  I have gotten the best buy geek squad to fix this issue on some other things, and I was hoping that photoshop would be fixed when I opened it.  It is not.  Please help!

What version of PS do you have? If you have CC 2015, you can set the UI scaling to 200% in the preferences.

I have PS Elements 11.  Looks like 2012.  When I change windows Systems settings in Windows 10 to put display at 300% it fixes Lightroom but not PS Elements.  In PS under edit/preferences there is no interface drop down.  I use only rarely so a monthly subscription makes no sense.  But I can't use it a few times a year if I can't read it.

OK it is 2018 now! How about a fix for this. Because for a company like Adobe that specializes on GRAPHICS, this is the ugliest thing on my computer right now! 200% full blown ugliness.

Same thing going on here. I had Elements 11 on my desktop computer, but something happened to the motherboard. Can't afford a fix right now, so am using it on my laptop. All the text for the options is so small, I have to lean close to my monitor to read the lists. I tried phoning Adobe about it, but after some of the world's worst hold music for 45 minutes, I hung up. I currently am waiting for someone in their chat service to respond, but it's been 15 minutes. Will leave that window open, but I've got to get busy on other stuff away from the computer!

This just happened to me. I have had photoshop for a couple of years and everything has been fine. I was just using it and then a random error message came up on the computer screen when I was loading a picture and the next thing the font is about a size 2 compared to probably a 10 and I need a magnifying glass to see it. Nothing I clicked changed the settings, but every other program on my laptop was normal and even clicking on a drop down box on photoshop would bring up normal font ... just the menu panels were ant size. The only thing that has worked for me, because even uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work, was to sign out altogether. Once I signed back in and it loaded up everything was back to normal. Phew!

In Windows 10, go to Settings > System > Display

Move slider to the far right (200%).

    Hit Apply.

I have a Dell 4K laptop, & changing the UI works for Photoshop but not for Bridge-- any solution for that?
