Photoshop Freezing Randomly

Hello! I had this dumb issue where Photoshop would freeze at startup and when a file is open. It has been an issue for 3 months are so (Since May 2025 i made a previous post but it fixed it self but now it's back after a few days)

I've added a video of this issue

Note: This video was recorded in May 2025 on an older version of Photoshop but it's the same issue on the latest version.

For anyone wondering my specs here they are if that could help.
Photoshop Version - v28.8.1

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X (8 Cores)

RAM: 64 GB DDR4 at 3200MHZ
GPU: EVGA Geforce RTX 3060 XC (12GB)

OS: Windows 11 Pro

I'm looking foward to some solutions.

@2Art_ try manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset

Okay so update.

It still freezes and everything even with default settings and @NB, colourmanagement's settings including a reinstall. I am not sure where to go next here.
