Photoshop got two problems with Arabic language, and it is related to some of the Arabic fonts only

I am using Windows 10 with Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 Version: 19.1.5 20180604.r.346 2018/06/04: 1175273 x64

So I got two issues with the Arabic language:
1. Choosing a font called "SKR-Head1" when I try to type, it will add a different letter than the one that I have pressed for example pressing "س" in Keyboard gives me the input of "ت" in Photoshop this is only related to this font, other fonts are fine.
2. The other problem is when I choose certain fonts such as "MCS Taybah S_U normal." when I give this font a stroke on the outside it will have a dot on each space between the words.

For problem number 1, If I have used Microsoft Word, and used the same font, it will input just fine, I tried deleting the font and reinstalling it but no luck in Photoshop and my Preferences Type is already set to Middle Eastern.
