Photoshop help - reinstalling CS6

Guest

A long time ago I purchased Photoshop from Best Buy for my computer. This was many years ago but I retained the two disc that came with it and I no longer have the receipt. Late last year a malicious and awful virus got put onto my computer and everything was wiped off including photoshop. I inserted the disc and it was for a 30 day trial. It also prompted me to put in a code and I realized that code was what I was missing and the only way I could reinstall my Cs6 photoshop. I called Adobe but phone support is not available for this product . Is there anyway I can retrieve my account without the original receipt? I believe the receipt had the code but all the ink faded away 😭 It cost quite a bit of money to rebuy it and I have the original email I used to sign up,etc, thank you!

If you installed Photoshop in the past and activated it your serial should be in you products on Adobe.com. find serial number  I think only my Photoshop version 7 serial is missing in my account. I registereo older veresions to a different account.  Photoshop version 3 is the first version of Photoshop I used.
