Photoshop/Illustrator super slow on my Imac2015

Hi everyone,

Its almost close to impossible to do any work on photoshop & illustrator as it takes forever to open up even the most basic of working files.

Current OS: El Capitan V10.11.16

Processor: 3GHZ  i7

Memory: 8GB 1867 MHz DDR3

Graphics: Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200 1536 MB

Any idea why its running slowly? Any help is appreciated

Using Extremal graphic card then comparing before after your adobe Photoshop.
