Photoshop is extremely laggy on my high end system!!

Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with Photoshop running noticeably laggy and sluggish, even though I’m using a high-end PC setup. Tasks like moving layers, using brushes, or even zooming in/out are lagging, which is affecting my workflow significantly. Copy/pasting my answer from another thread, in case you are still running into issues.

I have a very high-end PC, and was running into these same issues. I kept banging my head on the wall cause I have a few years old laptop that runs Photoshop flawlessly with much lower specs. I had tried everything that's been mentioned on these forums as well.

If you go to Preferences > Technology Previews - Uncheck "Older GPU mode (pre 2016)" if it is checked. That solved everything for me. Hope this helps!
