Photoshop keep crashing

Each time when I open Photoshop, it crashed.

@Chun Yu Charl25789445xlwk Try resetting your Photoshop preferences manually. Note: Reinstalling does not automatically reset them so you could be installing over bad preference files:

Ok, I just removed the "Adobe Photoshop 2024 Settings" folder and re-open Photoshop. But the problem still persist....

It could be the ucrtbase.dll file is the issue not the software see this thread on how to resolve:
